Single Rooms And Shapes
The basic room tab quickly calculates area and perimeter for a rectangular room using length and width. The shapes tab handles rectangles, circles, triangles, L-shaped rooms (as two rectangles), and trapezoids so you can estimate more complex layouts.
Multi-Room, Flooring, And Land
The multi-room tab lets you total the square footage for up to ten rooms and highlights the largest and smallest spaces. The flooring tab adds a waste factor and coverage per box to estimate how many boxes of material you need and the approximate cost. The land/plot tab converts between ft², m², and acres for rectangular, circular, or irregular parcels.
Blueprint Scale
The blueprint scale tool converts measured dimensions on a plan into real-world lengths using a scale such as 1 inch = 8 ft. It then calculates the corresponding area in square feet and square meters, giving you a quick way to estimate space directly from drawings.
